CORNELIUS A++++ Technician
Cornelius was friendly and suspected what the problem was with my washer as soon as I told him the symptoms. Sure enough, he diagnosed it and even showed me the problem. I was expecting for him to have to order parts and wait for them to ship but luckily (!!) since it's a common problem, they have it on hand in the van. He replaced the part, tested it and handed the washer back over to me. Very glad he was able to repair it the same day and we would not be without a washer for weeks at a time. MAHALO CORNELIUS!

Ice machine
Junny was absolutely fantastic, I was his first stop . He was friendly, courteous, put booties on , cleaned up after himself. I was hesitant to call sears at first however I'm glad I did,Thank you Junny you rock!!

Jev quickly identified the problem with my washer, which involved the need for plumber assist. He was very helpful in directing me to the right type of service. I called Sears on a Tuesday, and Jev was out on Wednesday morning helping me troubleshoot.

Thank goodness Charles had a replacement ice maker in his van. It was a 3 week wait for this repair to be completed.
