Stove Repair
Tony was very Professional in his service. The thing that I didn't approve of is the efficiency of the ordering of parts, tracking of parts & getting organized wirh rescheduling. AI service techs were not knowledgeable & could not direct me correctly.

Excellent Tech
Parts shipping was slow and the appointment had to be rescheduled several times, but the technician was excellent, both in terms of service and communication. I was surprised and pleased to find that a repair tech was available on Kauai. Thanks.

Efficient and friendly
Cornelius was great. He works well under the pressure that sesrs puts upon him. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars for Cornelius. He quickly replaced the parts and was out in 30 minutes. I am not happy with Sears repair. My washer has been out of commission since early October. Today is December 24. Cornelius is my 9th appointment scheduled. I was certain today wouldn't happen since it is Christmas eve, so when I go the call he was on his way, I was elated. Sears needs to hire more technicians and work on their scheduling. Stop using AI to to make schedules that no human can manage in the time allotted.

Grateful Customer
Cornelius, was polite and courteous. He listen to what I had to say and went right to checking everything and notice my tube needed to be tighten. I also told Cornelius that the tech before him tighten something under my washer. First he made sure that my washer was washing, he lift my washer cover and notice my washer was not doing anything. It was about a month and half, when i it broke with the same sound like grinding. When Cornelius checked under my washer he notice that something was broken, he went right to work and changed and replaced the parts that were broke. I am so grateful for Cornelius for being the first tech that was thorough, checked everything and had the parts to fix my washer. I did not have to wait again. He is an excellent tech. He is great and knows his stuff. Forever A Grateful Customer
