Fast, knowledgeable, and courteous
Kaiku is very mindful and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our washing machine and provided us with an easy to understand explanation of our issue. Additionally Kaiku took the time to answer all of our questions. As the damage to our washing machine would cost more to repair than to replace, Kaiku provided us with helpful store and brand/model recommendations. I would definitely recommend Kaiku and Sears Home Services/A&E to others.

William arrived at the estimated time. He was polite and professional. He was fully versed on what repair/maintenance he was going to perform. He efficiently completed the repair and maintenance. Further he offered things we could do to prolong the life of our appliances. I would welcome William back for future repairs should they be required. THIS REVIEW IS FOR WILLIAM, NOT kaiku!!
