Great Service!
Lani was helpful and resolved our problem. I also appreciated that she was able to come the same day. I love the tracking information that is emailed so that I can get an ETA of the technician's arrival. I'm grateful that Lani called to let me know she would be coming. I was impressed to then receive a recorded phone message that Lani was on her way. The service updates from the time I made the appointment through the time that the technician arrived were fabulous!!

Just a quiet guy, not engaging in verbal interaction with customer while doing his thing. Maybe avoiding having to be asked questions that his company dislikes him answering? It turned out, he left w/o securing the back panel by using all of the screws that were available, (rush job?) and the ones he used were half-screwed in to their threaded holes as if no screwdriver used at all, just hand-tightened! Despite this, the man may have family to feed, so I still gonna give five stars. Btw, he never called the phone before coming over, he just showed up knocking at the door.
