Washer repair
Justin seemed knowledgeable re: washers and was able to work with Eddie and give good instructions. I did one load after they left and machine worked well. Thank you. Hope it continues.

Home Appliance maintenance and repair
Donald found out that 2 other service people were dispatched to our home for maintenance. They reported no one was home, but never came to the door. He called the office and had the person assign him the appliance maintenance so we wouldn't have to reschedule. That was very professional, courteous, and oh so helpful! He repaired my range and oven and taught me how to calibrate my oven in the future. He was efficient, neat, and knowledgeable. Wish all Sears Home Maintenance employees were like him. Have had very poor service in the past. Donald is great.

Was very pleased having Cornelius fix my washer. My washer has been acting up since last year and the delay was because no rotor was available. He showed me the bad rotor part. Thank you Cornelius!

Washing machine not working 😕
Very kind and aware of elderly's slower pace of hearing and understanding and more importantly answering questions respectfully in easy to understand lay terms. He didnot brush off our questions re our washer. We learned more from him regarding our washer after all these years with Sears. We know a little bit more what is normal and what is not and when we perhaps need to call for help.
