Dryer Repair
The experience was very good. He came a little earlier then he thought, and repairs was done timely. Service technician was very professional, and did an outstanding job. I was not pleased with the people who were doing the scheduling of the job. I understand that the technician need to come and access the problem, which was done in early April, at that time the parts were ordered and paid for and the installation date was scheduled. As the date was coming up the parts were not yet sent. Called Sears to let them know that the parts had not been received and found out that the parts were never ordered. About two weeks later the parts were received and an installation date needed to be scheduled. Something needs to be done so that Sears can see when parts are received and installation scheduled by them and not having the customer call to schedule, further delaying the service.

Great Professional Service
Edwin was my Sears technician. He communicated his schedule and arrived promptly. Very professional and friendly guy. He talked me through the service and told me how to best maintain my washing machine in the future. Edwin was thorough and cleaned up completely afterward. The price was very reasonable for the service and I would use this Sears service again.
