Dryer repair
Jeremiah was polite, clean and knowledgeable. He is a very good worker. Please note:The same work order number was used after the initial repair, which caused later appointments to be cancelled and marked "Closed." Took us two cancelled appointments to get a new work order number.

Cornelius came promptly during scheduled service time. He took the time to listen to the issues I've been having with my washer from the last service till now and found the issue quickly. He also explained what the issue was and fixed it within no more than 15 minutes. I appreciated his insight and that he was able to fix my washer after anticipating that I'll need a new washer.

Replacing dryer heating element
Very knowledgeable and great Customer service. Replaced heater element very quickly and tested to make sure it was working properly. Showed me the damaged element and explained how it got damaged.
