After over a month, our stove/oven is repaired. Not sure why one of the parts was cancelled. After we received the first part, technician was able to order the second part. It took over a week for the second part to come. Hope this doesn't happen again!

Dishwasher Leak Repair
My Sears technician identified where he thought the leak was coming from, but pulled the dishwasher out to confirm the exact source of the leak. After removing the dishwasher, the Sears technician identified the leak was not where he originally suspected. The leak was from the Heating Element seal caused by a loose jam nut. The Sears technician tightened the jam nut & confirmed the leak was repaired and operated the dishwasher to confirm.
