Technician came earlier than scheduled window time. Was able to clear clogged freezer drain hose from the back so did not have to remove freezer drawers. Was done in about 20 minutes.

Arrived early and fixed my dryer quickly
The heating element in my dryer burned out. I was afraid I needed a new dryer because mine is so old. But Sears came out and fixed the problem less than an hour.
