Sears sent me the name and picture and estimated arrival time in the morning...he arrived right on time. Had my estimate ready in 10 minutes....and had the job done in 30! Friendly , courteous, professional service. Labor cost is determined by parts needed...for my job it was off the charts considering it was only a 30 minute job...BUT...still cheaper and way easier then getting a new machine! I bought the warranty service for 12 appliances from them...so in the future I will only be charged the $119 diagnostic.

Technician Kenneth F. diagnosed the water leak from my washer/dryer and answered all my questions well and gave me the information I needed. He explained the situation clearly and even showed me the worn out part and what needed to be replaced. He was thorough in his work, even making sure the dryer was working.
