When the technician finally arrived to the house, he was efficient, professional, and courteous. It seems he did a fine job. However, I received a text message that he was on the way five full hours prior to his arrival. He arrived at 6:30 pm for what was an 0800-1700 window. Sears never sent me a technician delay message despite the tracking systems stating it would. Calls to Sears customer service to find out about the arrival time proved futile. This appointment was rescheduled way too many times and finally occured 15 days after initial diagnosis and 8 days after parts arrived. This delay created both loss time at work and forced me to purchase a mini fridge and freezer in the meanwhile.
