I am extremely disappointed with the inability of your technicians prior to Jason to properly diagnose our problems and repair them. He was amazed at the number of unnecessary parts left behind and not used A lot of them duplicates. I would love to have the opportunity to discuss our experiences with a supervisor as I feel we were not treated in a professional manner!!! TOM GARRETT
