Mike to the Rescue
My AC had been disabled for nearly a month after an installation error by a thermostat technician. Mike stepped on the scene at 9:50 am and my AC was blowing ice cream cones by 10:10. Sears will definitely be handling my AC work from now on.

Good technician but bad delay
My technician was good and knowledgeable. However, It would have been nice if he could have picked up the parts and brought them with him. However, I had to wait for the parts to be delivered to my house. One part was late, which meant I had to reschedule the repair. I blame the system, not the technician.
