Washer and refrigerator repair
Jason was EXCELLENT and very professional… He found my problem with my Washer leaking and what. NEEDED to be done for the leaking from a pipe. AND he told me what to do about that refrigerator ORDERED MY SEARS ….that was delivered and NOT PLACED INSIDE MY HOUSE or installed!! STILL STANDING IN MY CARPORT FOR TWO MONTHS… WOW… really… where is the humanity in this for YOUR CUSTOMER OF TWENTY YEARS!! Please, give Jason my THANKS for listening patiently to my HORRIBLE experience with my Master Plan Warrenty theses days!! Jason is VERY KIND and sympathetic!!

Jason, called to inform me that he was 13 minutes out from me, arrived early for the appointment, very professional, explained what was going on with my appliance and told me that the next process since he could not complete the repair and repair parts must be ordered. I thank you for having such a great employee, that puts the customer back in customer service!
