Eli was a great help. He fixed the washer machine quickly, but took the time to tell me how to keep our washer to last longer by simple instructions. It was a pleasure working with him and I'd like for him to do all of repairs in the future if possible. 11/10 for Eli's professionalism, friendliness and character.
