Ac Appointment
The service from the tech was great but the issue was the supervisor denying my claim stating my ac was a preexisting issue. My ac was working the whole month of May and started cooling down right in June. I had to get window units only after the first tech rescheduled my appointment 1 month later. Other than that we thought we only need more coolant because the air was working.
