Hot Water Heater Saga
Matthew was a five, as for the warranty it has been 3 months without a hot water heater. We need to know , when is the hot water heater going to be replaced. We have been heating water on the stove to be able to take a bath. My father in law is 94 years old, my son takes Chemo , my sister in law is 70 and I really don't care about me but for three months to get to where we are is ridiculous being without a hot water heater. My father in law has been paying over twenty years for the warranty. This review is being written by Sandra Kiser( daughter in law). The customer service people get very rude when talking to them, very frustrating.

Kept checking on 8-5 window to provide service. Then saw it narrowed to estimated time of arrival between 12-1pm. The third step was to learn it would take a little longer for Daniel to arrive, which was fine. Daniel went right to work and discovered maintenance issues that he corrected within a short time. Lubricant for the washing machine and vacuuming collected dust in the dryer. Thank you, Daniel, for your expertise today!!

Daniel was great. Had the dryer diagnosed and repaired in about 20 minutes. Great explanation of everything he was doing. Great personality. Hope if I need any other repairs, he is the one that comes out.
