A joyful shout out to Service Tech Benjamin for diagnosing the issue with my fridge (after previous attempts from another tech failed to do so) and correcting the problem! The only issue I have is with the company, (not the tech) is the length of time to get service (6-weeks to get it repaired)! Kudo's Benjamin..
