I had a great experience with this repair service and it was because of the technician, Timothy. He was professional and quick with the initial drum bearing repair on my dryer. My dryer also needed to have the felt seals replaced on the drum and he had to order those parts. He kept me informed over the course of a couple of weeks via text and I was very appreciative of status updates. He returned and finished the repairs. Really nice guy, incredibly helpful and a great asset to his repair team. Thank you!
