Washing machine leak
We had a great experience with the repair technician. Really appreciated the call to advise he was on his way. Turns out nothing wrong with machine (hose was loose) and he quickly determined what the problem was and fixed it. Very polite friendly and accomodating.

Service Tech
Ben was very courteous and polite, and knowledgeable he knew his product and seemed to have plenty of experience. I was in the appliance business for 45 years and guys like him are hard to find. If he shows up when he's supposed to does his job and is not late to work hold on to him. As a matter of fact all your techs that have been here have been the same way as Ben you must train them well. I would like to be part of that team.

Professional and attentive
Daniel was polite and respectful. Even offered to put a new belt on just because it was squeaky. Went above and beyond. Thank you.

Washer
Adam was great and helped explain the issue and fixed it. Though all the problems with using Sears with their dumb AI system and a hour and a half of phone calls to talk to someone about why parts are not here after two weeks. I found it to be interesting after I finally talked to someone hocus pocus the part has been ordered. So taking 2 and half months from start to finish I might have to rethink using Sears again not to mention it's still not working right after first load. It shut off after filling on a heavy load and he just left. I'm not sure what I'm going to do now.
