Russell was very professional and knowledgeable of my issues. He arrived as promised and was finished with in 30 minutes diagnosing the problem. While is was very efficient for Sears, my biggest problem was with scheduling process, there was no way for me to ever talk to a live person, everything was through your AI System. Very impersonal. What happen to real customer service. With the money you charge for parts and repairs you could afford to have alive person available for questions. Thank you for allowing me to to vice my displeasure with the automated process.
