I was very disappointed with the lack of communication over a long period of time waiting for parts. I was unable to talk to Sears directly and I kept getting rescheduled for service. Finally I got in touch with someone who was able to secure the long awaited part in a short period of time. The technician finished the repair and left. No one in my house was made aware that he was done, and he left the parts on the washer. I threw them out, hopefully they are not recycled.
