Sears washing machine repair.
My Kenmore is about 7yrs. old. This is the first problem I've had. It took 3 trips but it's working great. 1st trip diagnosis but needed to order part. 2nd trip replaced part and it was a load of clothes perfectly, then beeped and flashed F5. I called and another tech came out, looked at it and said that he knew what the problem was,but he would have to order the parts. They scheduled me to repair it again and Jason was great. He knew exactly what to do and replaced big parts. They must have been right because it has worked with no problems or flashing codes. Jason was very personable and professional. The only problem was the hours from 8am to 5pm. I know it's hard to schedule, but if there was a way to notify us and give us an estimated time so we could work around it, that would be so helpful. Other than that, great service. Thanks.

Repair washer
Peter went above and beyond. Some of the parts needed were with another technician. Peter installed the part on hand and then later in the afternoon picked up the remaining parts from technician and made an extra trip to install so we would not have to wait and schedule an additional appointment.

Very informative
Michael was able to explain the issue with our furnace and make it understandable over the phone. While he was unable to fix the issue (electrical vs HVAC) he pointed me in the right direction to fix the problem.
