I am so pleased with Calvin as a service technician and as a fine young man. Although he was limited by the lengthy wait for parts, he was always prompt and cheerful for his appointments and took the time to make sure I understood the problems he encountered in the repair. Because of his excellent skills and intelligence, he was able to overcome the problems the repair encountered. Although he worked diligently with parts provided, the repair was finally determined unsuccessful when he could not restore power to the appliance (through no fault of his own). I had no probably with the technicians. However, after 5 times of having to wait from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the technician to arrive is ludicrous. It cost me 40 hours by taking off from work. Also, on today's visit, I received 3 different times for arrival. It appears that the timeframe could be between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 05:00 PM. Bottom line, I hope the 3rd part works. Thanks for coming today.

The Sears Home Service App leaves a lot to be desired. It would have been better to have been able to actually talk to a customer service representative or a person. It was very confusing and messed up so much on my service and parts, very poor communication and a lot of my time was wasted due to this and caused my repair to take from July 30th to September 10, 2024 to be completed. Thankfully I had had Jason's phone number and he helped me get answers to questions that was needed and helpful.
