Very nice
It's too soon to tell if we got the issue fixed. But Gregory was a very nice gentleman. We are having an issue with keeping our upstairs cool. Right now it does not seem much better. But he did fix a leak for the Freon. I am going to give it a couple of days. K

My dishwasher service
Scott was great. He had to come out several different times to try to repair our Zline dishwasher. He tried everything to fix it and they eventually are going to wind up replacing it.

Actually checked all 7 appliances that were scheduled individually over 6 weeks. He took care of all of it today. Unfortunately, Sears Home Services have hired foreigners for customer service. Good luck on getting anything done correctly through them. I won't be renewing my contract because of them!
