Sears Always Delivers Great Service

The Service Technician called to let us know that he had one call ahead of us and then we got notified when he was on his way to our house. Arrived within the window provided and fixed the problem and was done within the hour. We have never had a problem with Sears Home Services. We have their Home Warranty Plan and are very happy with the results.

Prompt and nice guy

Nice guy. Did the job really quick. Made sure he showed me he fixed the issue before he left. He even cleaned and moved the dog toys that were stuck underneath the range.
