He came in got right to work on the diagnosis, found the issue, shared the issue with me, informed me what was needed and the cost. He also shared the Sears Home Warranty of which I purchased. Scott completed the needed repairs, directed me to the payment options, verified payment and was on to his next stop. Great guy, great attitude and great personality.
