Gib microwave
Everything was fine till I saw four screws on my counter and one of my filters that was just 2 months old pushed up in the middle causing the filter to be unusable. There fire on have to purchase another one. Thses are soft aluminum filters. Microwave wave works but now I'm wondering for how long. Guess I'll need to save the screws.

Today is 4th time tech came to my home, it APpears to be repaired, but so did previous times before also..repairman doing the best he can.,, calling/ reaching someone ar your 1800 help desk is beyond AWFUL, not worth time & $$ for this warrnty

Repair tech replaced a refrigerator door due to bad wires. It now leaks. Tried to call someone but that was not possible so I had to open a new claim. Sears took three months for the first one, what a joke.

The last two technicians came out and said: 1. The circuit needed to be replaced and 2. A fan needed to be replaced. This technician did not do either of those. He simply defrosted the freezer…which is not defrosting on its own because the circuit board needs to be replaced. His notes did not indicate that he replaced the fan or circuit board, which is what was identified as the problem by him and a previous technician. So did he replace the circuit board and fan or not?
