Refrigerator Repair
The technician (Michael) is very nice, kind, helpful, courteous and most importantly so knowledgeable about what's going on with my refrigerator.The refrigerator is working and cooling at the moment, but it quit working in June 10th , melted my ice cream, so I called Sears Home Services. A technician Mr. Edward checked and diagnosed what's wrong and ordered 3 parts. All the needed parts was received the next week , a compressor, control board and a dryer. Since then I kept calling the SHS almost every week to send a technician, but rescheduled every week due to parts still in process I have told SHS parts been received, the website isn't updating that's been received. Another technician William came June 24 th did not checked our refrigerator but looked at the 3 parts received, he said will order one more needed and be shipped to him, and I don't have to do anything.Gave me his cell phone number. Weeks passed , kept calling to update the part he ordered but to no avail did not return any of my calls. Mr Michael came to my house today August 14th that he's here to fix my refrigerator. I was so happy and relieved that finally someone is here for my refrigerator He said presently the compressor is working normal and cooling so decided not to replace he just installed a new control board. He stayed about 45 minutes to make sure the control board is functioning normal came back checked the temperature of refrigerator and it's okay. Advised to put bottled water in freezer compartments for a few days, if it stays frozen it's alright to store foods again. Thank you for sending him.

Michael came and diagnosed our problem and told us what to do. He thinks a door might have been left slightly ajar which caused a frost build up on frozen food.

I really like the way your company works, very professional. I bought a Samsung refrigerator a few months ago, and then it stopped working. Your technician came and checked it, then said that it was still under Samsung's warranty, so I wouldn't have to pay for the repair, which was wonderful.
