Friendly and efficient
Ed, our technician, got to us first thing in the morning to diagnose our dishwasher issue of not drying dishes. After telling him what we tried he ran some tests and determined it was probably the vent door actuator thing. Had to order the part and come back 2 weeks later but he got it in pretty quick. Thanks Ed. We are hoping all is well now. Still need to run a few cycles.

Keith is absolutely amazing. The first time he come out we noticed we had been sent the wrong part. He stayed and reordered the correct part before he even left my home. When the new part arrived he contacted me and come straight out. Even earlier than what I was scheduled. He is very professional and had such a wonderful personality.
