Service Technician was great...on time and knowledgeable! However, Sears Home Services procedures, policy, scheduling service, ability to make direct contact is awful and needs review to avoid the numerous inconveniences encountered by customers. I experienced two previous services scheduled with both being no-shows, no-calls, no-texts etc. Ultimately it took 5 Service calls scheduled to somewhat resolve my issue. I was very satisfied with the last service tech, however, I am totally dissatisfied with Sears Home Services business practices.

Arrived on schedule... Did all his checks on my 23 yr old treadmill... Done in 20 mins... Very satisfied with the service... Have had these service warranties for all these years... Unit still running... I am still running...
