Lack Of Communication
WHY should I get a call from a Tech stating he's coming in 30 minutes which would have been 10:15! Then I felt a automatic call around 10:30 stating my Tech will be here in 30 minutes and I could follow him at the link on my E-Mail. THEN I get a call from a Korean Man stating he would be here in 30 minutes!! Well the Korean Tech did show up on time and service the FRIDGE and he was EXCELLENT . Sears you HAVE TO DO BETTER PLEASE!!!!!!
