Microwave trouble shooting
Alex called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and began his diagnostics. He could not find anything wrong. The microwave is presently working, but, in the past, it has intermittently stopped working. He checked all the switches and connections but could not determine what is causing this problem. Time will tell. All in all, Alex did a good and thorough job and was professional and courteous.
