Couldn't have been better!
Jerry showed up early, quickly identified the issue and was a pleasure to work with. He crawled under the house and isolated the problem in 100 degree weather, all with a smile on his face. We couldn't be happier with his service today.

Freezer defrosted suddenly
Very professional. Explained several things about the freezer operation and what options are available. He checked everything that could have caused our problem. Fortunately the freezer seems to be working fine now.

Stove top
Bill didn't show up for the appointment. Time was scheduled from 8:00am to 5:00pm so to wait all day for the technical to arrive and he texted several times for information about the stove and I sent a picture of the plate with the model and serial number and he said he could not read it, by the picture not coming out to see for himself. The he said that he could not come out to fix the stove. But he writes that the job is complete. Please help
