Experience with ANDREW was great. Experience with your "automated phone system" and/or your call routing system was HORRIBLE. When I get a call saying to call to re-schedule if parts haven't arrived, I call the number, follow prompts to re-schedule, and it says "go to website to reschedule"...then I go to website, navigate to re-schedule, and it tells me to call the same number again. Vicious circle! You REALLY need to have an option to speak to an actual human being, not to mention a "CLEAR" route to rescheduling appointments, because right now, it's horrible.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, but replacing circuit board cost almost as much as a new washer., so we are buying a new washer but will get extended warranty
