No ice
Antonio is great. However, my ice problem has not been resolved. I have had service techs to my home from Jan 18 to Feb 5. Four major parts have been replaced. My service man said there is nothing more he could do until I have a plumber here to check the water pipes. There are NO sediments in the water going into the ice machine. It is imperative that someone takes care/ replaces my machine!!! Plz respond! I am a senior citizen and I can't stand this any more!!

Twice late or rescheduled
Seems polite profesional and knowledgable and did the work needed. I had to remove the washing closet swing doors myself because he would not do that. After waiting almost a whole day Sears rescheduled late on appointment day (both for 1st visit and for actual repair day - 4 dead/dedicated days ), took more than a whole week including parts shipping. Repairman while profesional is a smoker which is not appreciated (did not smoke in house).

Refrigerator diagnosis
Although Freddie was professional and courteous he did No real diagnosis no machines no physical ckeck of motor or nO diagnosis tools used whatsoever . He just wanted to sell me on your Sears warranty package . ( over $700). In addition to repairs over $11200 dollars ??? He just looked at the label on my Kenmore refrigerator he said it was the worst product I could have purchase ( it's 7 yes old) was working perfectly fine until 2 weeks ago . He Said the compressor was likely out just looking at it . No tools . No diagnosis . The cost for fixing was more $ than worth . There was no looking around back . He did say he could run some tool to see if the 'mother board ' was also out ? but it would take awhile and why bother Only thing was to buy your ( Sears home warranty ) otherwise not worth it . Price to fix plus home warranty would be over $2 thousand dollars . That's crazy ! So maybe he's just a super talented technician know it all and could tell just by looking that this was the problem . Perhaps he's correct ( I'm not the expert) I could tell he has experience. He was very direct and quick in the diagnosis . But I was disappointed there was so much talk about your warrantyBUT no real check to see problem with refrigerator or try to fix in any way. A very nice mam I'm sure he knows his stuff but I was disappointed in the way handled

Repair
Got the impression the technician didn't either want to be here or do the repair that he has done a few other times. Seemed liked confused on how to do the repair and Personality was a bit cold/rude. He made comment that hope repair last at least 1 1/2 years cause he will retire and won't be back. Seems like your company needs to recruit some new techs to get trained by current techs so maybe the current techs can retire.

Repaired but dead 1 week later
I have a dishwasher that did not drain. Scheduled sears repair to come fix, diagnosed but part not on truck. Ok acceptable. Technician did not have anything on truck to remove the standing water in the unit, "it broke last week" and requested to use my wife's towels to get up the spilled water. Forward 7 days. The unit was again not draining and there is provision in or on the website to contact the company for follow up. Had to make another appointment for repair, was informed there is a new diagnostic fee for the visit. I will see how the repair plays out today. If better I will update

He did nothing
He came here to figure out what was wrong and fix it and instead he tried to charge me to "clean" it. I have a 5 year on this and it covers all devices but this individual wanted to tell me it covers everything but taking it apart. How does one fix or diagnose something without taking it apart to assess it. Will be calling corporate Best Buy. Nothing was done other making me irritated with trying to get money out of me over services "that are optional" problem still isn't fixed or addressed.
