Catastrophic experience!
I have been a Sears Master Protection Agreement holder for over 14 yrs and when in need of repairing my A/C in the middle of this unprecedented heat wave, with the temperature inside my home averaging 86 degrees, it took Sears 5 days to send a technician to diagnose the situation and took them an additional 12 days to return with the wrong part. Finally fixed on the following day. During this time, I spent over 5 hours on the phone navigating through a limited/complicated telephone menu. Customer agents unable to make decision or connect me to someone who could. A lack of an appropriate number of technicians, was evident. This incident started on July 14 and ended Aug 2, 2023.
