Thorough job
Although he had to deliver the bad news that my 19 year old stove couldn't be fixed, he did a thorough job testing to confirm. But he was especially nice and swept the broken glass and dust under my stove.

Kenneth was very knowable and quickly found issue with refrigerator. Part was ordered and he came on day promised with part and fixed refrigerator cooling issues. Very clean work and skilled with how to repair issue. Overall we are very satisfied with repair and would recommend Sears Home Services to friends and family.
