I had my fridge serviced several times within a 6 month period. Keneth went the extra step and made sure this time issue was solved. Took apart the unit until he found what was wrong. No hesitation whatsoever. I have not had a service this great for a long long time!

Great service!
Frank was very nice as was the other man he appeared to be training. They were descriptive of the problem and it is currently working. The technician who came out on July 19 did not find the problem nor fix it. However, he said he did and was out in 5 minutes. I never received a survey for him.
