We are still getting error code F52 periodically! He is very professional! More so that customer service reps. We have been waiting since December for our washer to be repaired or replaced and every time we call we get a different answer!

He was a no show and no call on the schedule day. When he did come 2 days later at least it was early and replaced the door

Disappointed
Jerrod didn't diagnose the problem on his first visit. I had to wait a week for a second visit from him., I am elderly and live in central Florida so you can imagine how hot it would get here without AC. Upon his second visit he said that he could not fix my AC because of the exceptions in my insurance policy. So I have been without AC for almost 10 days and now I must find another way to repair the AC.
