Refrigerator Service
Andry, was amazing. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and was the absolute best service agent that we have ever encounter.

Jerome was very knowledgeable & personable. A very hard worker. Sears on the other hand, is a very difficult company to deal with. I had no A/C from mid August - until Oct 28. They took a long time getting my A/C part & after they did have the part they kept rescheduling my service. I was rescheduled twice because of hurricanes, but they rescheduled me a total of 7 times. One of the reschedules was because they allowed another tech to take my part & use it after I had waited at least a month for the part. I will no longer be giving my repairs to Sears.

Rod, great but repair process needs improved communication!
Rob is a professional and kind technician. He represents the business well. However, we have some concerns about our Sears service. It has taken over 2 months with several phone calls from us to get to this point. We were told a few weeks ago that you couldn't get a part, but then a couple of weeks later were told the parts should arrive in 2 days only to be told a few days later that Rob would come to verify you couldn't get the part. Improved communication would be greatly appreciated and would greatly improve your service to the customers.
