New Garage Door Opener & HVAC Systems
Went ahead & had my garage door opener & both central hvac units replaced w/ Sears so far this year, went with them because both items I was replacing STILL WORKED but had already exceeded their life expectancy's of 10-15 years by close to 7-8 years, opener was Craftsman & HVAC's were Kenmore, stuck with what had proved themselves

Most of the communication was good. I had wished that the customer portal was better maintained. But the sales rep called me directly to give an update and I did receive texts from time to time that ended up being accurate. I had to plan a trip from Michigan to Gulf Shores, Alabama based on the anticipated install date. I went to Gulf Shores on May 31 and hoped that I would be contacted with an install date, I finally received a text asking if June 15 was good; since my return date to Michigan was the 20th, the work started on the 15th and finished on the 16th. The crew, Joshua and family, did an excellent job and went above and beyond to make sure the job would meet with mine and the HOA expectations. The entire experience could only be improved by better communication.
