Render S. is the most impressive repairperson I have had the pleasure of meeting: he was prompt, called to alert me of his pending arrival, cleaned up as he went along, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, AND repaired my frig! Thank you Kenmore and this wonderful young man for a job well done!

Robert was very professional. He arrived on time and after he fixed the problem and then he cleaned up the mess. He also explained the problem and replaced what was bad. It came from the factory with the defective part.

Stove/microwave combination

Armando is very knowledgeable, skilled, and a very professional gentleman to work with during this long process. Armando is the only reason we will continue our Sears home appliance warranty. This claim went way to long for us as the customer. Sears needs to focus more on customer service and promptly responding to their customers as they tell the customers they will do.
