2 month and still no refrigerator working
Its been an awful experience, the first technician came (John), and determined the compressor and inverter were bad, failed to smell the leaking refrigerant. He replaced the compressor and inverter, and within a week the smell was horrible, he came back and didnt even want to measure the refrigerant (left his equipment), another tech came and determined it was the power cards (plus another card). The third technician (Williams I believe) came and replaced it but didnt know what it was and ordered the evaporator and 3-way valve switch. Didnt acknowledge the smell after I repeatedly told him it smells like a chemical. Finally the last technician (all different) acknowledged the leaking refrigerant and sent me to call GE for the 5 year warranty system to check the sealed system (thankful he acknowledged the concern). Still, here I am 2 months later, missed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years without the fridge. I am now waiting for GE to come at the direction of Sears, truly unacceptable to have to wait this long and very disappointed. Atleast the customer service folks are nice but they are just the messenger.

Incompetent
Because of the incompetence of this tech, I stayed over 6 weeks waiting for the fridge to be repaired and after his last visit and closure of the service ticket, the fridge is still nor working He is costing sears and customers lots of money and should be fired

No service provided
I received a call and text stating the he could not come because of the trucks in the road are blocking it due to power. I called him back about a way ahead. We have yet to physically meet or see this tech. Not rating since no service provided. Reschedule us w Tarek. He is the best and most professional.

Still not working
Technician came and did the repair, but still doing the same noise while spinning. It's like was never fixed.
