Quick fix to problem
Dennis and helper quickly diagnosed and fixed unstable washer with new rods. Professional, but he kept trying to sell me the home warranty. I just wanted a repair, not a sales rep. Plus they couldn't transmit the repair paperwork. SEARS needs to supply an ipad or some other device so they can quickly transmit. Washer works fine and they cleaned up and ran a test.

Nice Guy
Nice guy. Gave an answer to what may have happened and really did not do too much. No resolution as our system went down right after he left so it we had to schedule another appointment again.

Work done fast, but empty repair part box left behind
The work was done quickly. Wish that after work was completed the tech would have been able to take away the large empty box that the replacement washing machine tub was in. When asked if he could take the empty box away after the job, he said he couldn't do so. I had to get rid of the empty box after the job was done.

Poor service
If this was for Oct 28th, I had no service actually. One man sat in his truck for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the other man. My refrigerator is enclossed in a cabinet. It has rollers. There is a carpet in front of it. The first man who came said two men were needed. Two men came today ,finally ,and said I had to hire someone to move the refrigerator. I am sure I am not the only customer having something enclosed. I need a Sears techinician. Kenny was great when he came , diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. I would like him to come back. If I have to pay someone to move my refrigerator, why do I need a warranty?

error codes door lock

Cant post what I would like to say.
4 techs 5 weeks for a leak in the coils. Where they had the coils in the warehouse. Definitely not happy with the service. I pray they have done the job right.

I was never contacted re Cinch (whoever that is) bought my account. Also, I wasn't advised monthly and service fees would be raised. I would have canceled my account sooner. Totally unprofessional and I will be letting everyone know not to use your services.

Poor Technician
This technician was rude He kept breaking the appointments and when I asked him why the appointment was cancelled, He said call Choice warranty and hung up on me. He also didn't know his job. He told me I needed a board that was costing me almost $400. Today I had a new Sears technician very smart, polite and knew his job. He had a tool to put in the board and it upgraded the board. Saving me the almost $400 this guy told me.
