He's very nice and professional. I hope this puts our problem to rest finally. We have had service performed numerous times on our refrigerator. Shortly after these repairs, the unit would break down again. We've been on the plan for about 6 years and our patience is running very thin with the service challenges. Thank you

We appreciated Victor's expertise. He worked neatly and efficiently. He knew right away what the problem was, and had the replacement parts to repair our microwave! We really wish the scheduler wouldn't pack his day. We waited all day and had no idea when he would come. And there's no real person to ask. When you call, you get a recording.
