Kenneth was GREATTT! He came on time, Cleaned the door and replaced the Door Gasket quickly. He picked up the old gasket and box the new one came in and left in about an Hour! Thanks Ken!

His knowledge of treadmills resulted in a quick determination and correction of our problem.
