Service on my 2 year old Whirlpool.
He was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed me the rest button and taught me how to reset. Hopefully the reset of the ice maker works. Not a big fan of my 2 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. Hope if this does not work, they send the same repairman.

GE Dishwasher Repair
Second time in last 4 years Eduardo repaired our dishwasher. Eduardo is a very professional and outstanding service person. However, after two family generations of dedicated Sears customers, I am very disappointed in the Sears warranty program. In past, repairs have been made in a timely manner. The dishwasher time lines was from mid Nov 2024 until yesterday Feb 10, 2025. My Kemmore washer is still awaiting parts from October 2024. With service people like Eduardo, outstanding in his field I would think Sears home warranty would support their field persons with higher regard. I am sure service people like Eduardo hear the brunt of Sears support lacking and Sears needs to respect their service reps and have higher regard for customers. Waiting up to 4 and 5 months for repair is not acceptable and Sears customer phone support service was horrible. Thank you Eduardo; your expertise is appreciated. Jackie Nangle
