Highly disrespectful, arrogant, defiant and accusatory
How do you have someone like this individual work for your company ? This was the worst service I've ever had since owning a home. What a disgrace of an employee you have in your ranks. You should be ashamed of sending someone like that to my home. Shame on you.

Replaced Icemaker
It is hard write a review when the ice maker is not working. I don't know if the new icemaker is bad or if it was put in wrong.

The service provided by Brad was no good
My experience was a disaster. All they do is order every parts to fix a microwave without diagnosing it got to my house two guys refused to take the microwave down so I don't know why they need a helper and then they wouldn't take the microwave down They don't even know what the problem is they're just assuming so. They're trying to change every parts.

Ice maker not fixed
He came and checked it and saw a few pieces of ice and said its working. Took my check and its really not working. I would not recommend him

Washing machine
Did not do anything to fix it. Spinning makes lots of banging noise. Said you must have over loaded it. Three pairs of pants is over loading a washer machine.

Service not complete
Albert is excellent. However, Sears does not provide a reliable repairs service for AC units. Technician Albert was professional and nice explaining the situation but he was unable to fix the issue on the first visit (2 days after the request) or second attempt (4 days after). I had to take days off from work to stay the entire days at the house. We have little kids and we now have to wait until after the long weekend to have someone coming again for the third time.

Stay away from This Company
Worse service we ever had, 4 weeks run me around and still nothing fixed. I wouldn't recommend this company no one. So mad. People stay away from this company.
