Technician Okay But Price For Job Not Ok
Price for the service was more than double what it cost to fix the same exact issue (clogged freezer drain line) encountered 2 years ago. While l realize prices have increased due to inflation this is well above that so I decided not to have the service performed. I would like to add that this does not reflect at all on the technician Robert who was professional, courteous and actually got here early.

One of the burner knobs doesn't rotate easily.
We had same issue when they came out to determine parts required but they were able to adjust. Didn't adjust this time.

Dishwasher Repair
3 Stars only because it took over a month to have our dishwasher repaired when it should have been only one week. The part was mailed to our home but we were already out of town and not able to receive it so the part had to be sent back to Sears. John should have understood already that we were not going to be home to receive the part. Then we had to give him our neighbors address to re-mail the part. An inconvenience that Thursday's are the only day for Sears service too. But overall our technician is a great guy.

#1 the price I paid for a two hour repair was outrageous! I will never use your services again. #2 your repair technician was on the verge of rudeness during his visit. #3 the ice maker still did not function after he left I repaired it myself after fiddling with Utube and figuring out a method #4 this repair was under 10 year warranty and your price was outrageous for labor charge.

Carlos is great; A&E customer service is not
A&E is lucky to have Carlos. He is 5 stars. He is friendly, neat, efficient and skilled. I am so lucky he gave me his number so I could text him about the follow up appointment. I got NOTHING helpful from the customer service number with NO option to speak to a human. Expecting a customer to wait from 8-5 is just ridiculous in this day with technology and communication. I wasted an entire day, as Carlos was doing other jobs and didn't arrive until 4:20pm. Absolutely unacceptable that there was no way to get assistance.

Repair of my LG microwave.
Man showed up on time to fix my microwave. Three boxes have been mailed to me and I had them ready on the counter for him when he arrives. I left and went into my bedroom to watch TV while he was fix it and he bang and bang loudly, I don't know what he was knocking around on. Then he announced that it was finished, and he left me a mess to clean up. It was like he didn't see it at all. He had towels pulled out of my cabinets, the cabinet doors wide-open he had left a blanket of his. He took my clean dishes and put them in the sink with the dirty dishes , there was pieces of plastic in the floor and I found a screw in the floor which could've probably was part of the microwave. I tested the microwave and it works fine, but he was so sloppy and I've never had that happen with the repairman. I hate to give a bad review, but I don't like cleaning up after grown man. He even left me the bad parts to dispose of which I've never had happen either.
