Yariel was very courteous, honest and respectful. This is important, as we are Seniors. He gave us a prompt estimate and discussed all of our options. Once we agreed to complete the repairs, he proceeded to complete the work quickly and quietly. He reminded us of the Sears warranty and provided the phone number to call if there were any problems.
