I requested Roger for this repair as he did an excellent job the last time. He was considerent of my time and called ahead to give me a timeframe that was closer that the 8:00-5:00 schedule. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts necessary to complete the job and tested everything to make sure it was working. He and his associate worked quickly and left my kitchen in good order. Extremely pleased with the service I received.

Antonio was very prompt, clean, knowledgeable and highly professional. He even wore a mask for protection of of our safe space per my request. Roger was very diligent in calling me about the timeline for my appointment. I was able to do chores instead of sitting and waiting. He came on time and did the repair which required some time to make sure all systems were functioning. He also explained what was being done. He was very considerate about putting everything back in place and left the kitchen in good order. It was an excellent experience with him. I would highly recommend him.
